Apple commemorates Steve Jobs’ 10th death anniversary with a special homepage acquisition

Apple commemorates the 10th anniversary of Steve Jobs’ acquisition of a special homepage on its website, which contains old memories of the company’s co-founder. The homepage greets the audience with a short video covering the audience’s work and his inspirational quotes. There is also a statement from the Jobs family expressing their loss. Apple co-founder Palo Alto died in 2011 at his home in California — many years after suffering from neuroendocrine cancer.

The special homepage acquisition on shows a montage carrying different monochrome shots of work with text written “Celebrate Steve.” Apple has also added a link to the nearly three-minute video, which shows old memories of Jobs and provides some memorable quotes from the administrator with his voicemail.

When scrolling down slightly, the homepage shows a report of the working family in his memory. “For a decade now, grief and healing have gone together. It’s like losing our gratitude,” it says.

The full text of the report is reproduced below.

For a decade now, grief and healing have gone together. Our loss has become like our gratitude.

We each found our own way to comfort, but we came together in a beautiful place on Steve, and for what he taught us.

For all of Steve’s gifts, his power as a teacher lasted. He taught us to be open to the beauty of the world, to be curious about new ideas, to look to the next corner, and above all to be humble in our own starting minds.

There are many things we see with His eyes, but He taught us to see ourselves. He gave us the equipment to live on and it served us well.

One of our greatest sources of comfort is Steve combining beauty. The sight of a beautiful one – a wooden hill, a well-made object – reminds us of his spirit. Even in his many years of misery, he did not lose faith in the beauty of existence.

Memory is not enough to be in our heart: we miss him so much. We were blessed to have him as husband and father.

Ten years after Jobs died in October 2021, the industry still remembers the manager for the ups and downs he faced in his professional life.

On Monday, Apple’s former design head Johnny Ive wrote a memoir for his friend and colleague The Wall Street Journal’s WSJ. Magazine. “My understanding of him refuses to be comfortable or quiet,” he said.

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, paid tribute to Jobs by expressing his desire to talk to Jobs during his lifetime. Billionaire responded to a tweet that quoted an article on Apple co-founder and 10th anniversary Said, “I wish I had a chance to talk to him.”

Jobs co-founded Apple with Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne to create the next generation of personal computers. However, the technology company later expanded and added the iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad as some new products.

This week on Orbital, the Gadgets 360 podcast, we discuss the iPhone 13, the new iPod and iPod mini and the Apple Watch Series 7 – what they mean for the Indian market. Orbital Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music and your podcasts are available wherever you go.
