Price of Gold in India: Gold futures traded lower on Monday, October 11 as the yellow metal took notes from international markets. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold futures for delivery on December 3 fell 0.37 per cent to Rs 47,037. Was 46,864. Friday futures for December 3 delivery fell 0.52 per cent to Rs. 61,480 as against Rs. Was 61,801 before.

24 carat pure domestic gold traded lower at Rs. 46,966 and Rs. 61,475 per kg of silver, according to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), a Mumbai-based industry body.
The US dollar was higher than US yields in Germany and Japan, rising to 112.67 in late 2018. The dollar index was at 94.133, up from the recent 94.504.
Weighing the solid dollar and high-yielding gold, it did not provide a steady return and was set aside at $ 1,756 an ounce.
