Motorola Moto E40 launched in Europe; It will make its debut in India on October 12


Motorola has introduced the latest Moto E40 in Europe. According to the exclusive Moto E40 page released by Flipkart, the same smartphone will arrive in India on October 12. The Moto E40 comes with a 48MP triple rear camera system, 5,000mAh battery and a 6.5-inch display with high refresh rate support.

Moto E40: Expected Indian Price

In Europe, the new Moto E40 costs 14 149, while in India it costs around Rs 12,900. However, the device is expected to cost around Rs 10,000 in India considering the features it offers to users. The device is introduced in charcoal gray and clay pink color options. In India, it is possible to purchase a smartphone via Flipkart.

Moto E40 Specifications, Features

Prior to its Indian launch, Flipkart had confirmed the specifications of the device as a European variant. The Moto E40 is shipped with Android 11. It is equipped with a 6.5-inch display with HD + resolution and 90 Hz upgrade rate.

Under the hood is the Unisock D700 octa-core processor, which is supported by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The company has also offered the option of expanding storage using a microSD card.

The Moto E40 has three cameras on the back and a 48MP main sensor in the system. The sensor is fitted with quad pixel technology, which is said to provide excellent low light and night images.

The smartphone uses a standard 5,000 mAh unit, which the company claims will provide 40 hours of battery life. The back has fingerprint sensor and Face Unlock support. The budget device also features an IP52 water repellent design.
