Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050, GeForce MX570, GeForce MX550 GPUs announced for entry-level laptops

Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050, Nvidia GeForce MX570 and Nvidia GeForce MX550 GPU entry level laptops have been announced. The new Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 aims to offer players and creators a choice at an affordable price. According to the company, the standard memory configuration of a GPU is 4GB (DDR6) and it has a 64-bit memory interface width. The other two GPUs are designed for accelerated workflow. Nvidia says laptops with these graphics cards will be available from the spring of 2022.

Nvidia claims that its latest GPUs offer more options for gamers and creators. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 GPU is an addition to the company’s 20-series graphics card. Features features such as ray tracing, Nvidia DLSS, Reflex and Broadcast, RT cores, Tension cores and Nvidia encoder. Nvidia claims that the GeForce RTX 2050 “works seamlessly with Nvidia Optimus technology” for longer battery life and better performance.

According to The Verge, the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 is based on the Ampere GA107 configuration used in the GeForce RTX 3050. It also comes with 2,048 CUDA cores, 4GB of GDDR6 memory and a 64-bit memory bus.

Meanwhile, the Nvidia GeForce MX570 is said to be the company’s fastest MX GPU, which speeds up work and plays. It has more powerful CUDA cores and faster memory speeds than previous MX GPUs that enabled faster photo editing, video editing and gaming. Similarly, the Nvidia GeForce MX550 is said to offer better performance and performance when editing photos and videos in software such as Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro, respectively. The new GeForce MX550 is an upgrade to the GeForce MX450, which comes with higher cuda cores and faster memory speeds.

As mentioned, laptops powered by Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050, GeForce MX570 and GeForce MX550 GPUs will be released in 2022.
