GIIS sets up a mental health assistance center for students

To help its students cope with emotional challenges, the Global Indian International School (GIIS) in Pune has set up a mental health helpline – a secret platform where they can discuss their problems “without fear of any questions or discrimination”.

Rajeev Bansal, Director, GIIS India, said on the eve of World Mental Health Day that this helpline, also known as GIIS Healthline, operates on the principle of open-door policy in which any student can walk without any hesitation or fear. .
