The best smartphones are priced at Rs. 30,000 you can buy in India

Motorola’s latest Moto Edge 20 has come to our list due to its strong specifications and efficient performance. We also got some awesome new additions from last month like Realmy GT Master Edition, OnePlus Nord 2, Pogo F3 GT. All these smartphones have incredibly powerful SoCs and great features for Rs. 30,000.

Xiaomi’s Mi 11 series continues to make waves, and the Mi 11X is a strong competitor to this list, with a price tag of Rs. Is one of the most powerful smartphones under. 30,000. Realmy recently introduced the X7 Max 5G, which replaces the X7 Pro 5G. The new model is more powerful but comes at a lower price, making its predecessor still objectively good but irrelevant.

Samsung’s Galaxy A52 made a big splash with its IP67 rating and funky design. Some of our old recommendations are still strong competitors in this space.

Buying a smartphone in this segment is a fantastic time as premium features like IP rating for dust and water resistance are also starting to decline. We reviewed many new phones launched after our last update, but only a few were able to make the cut. Do you have Rs. Here is a quick overview of the best phones you should consider if you are on a budget. 30,000.

Motorola Edge20

Motorola’s new Edge series is looking to make a mark in the Indian smartphone market, and the Edge20 is what the doctor ordered. It features a powerful SoC, highly fluid 144Hz display update rate, timely software updates, a variety of cameras and an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance. This phone focuses primarily on aesthetics, and it is slim and lightweight, but as a result its low capacity battery requires frequent charging. If you are looking for a slim smartphone or Android without plotware, the Motorola Edge 20 is worth considering.

Realmy GT Master Edition

The mid-range is gradually becoming more crowded, and the GT Master version of RealMe comes at a competitive price in a unique suitcase-like design. To replace the X Series smartphones, the GT Series is RealMe’s new lineup, and the GT Master Edition has a punch even if it’s not an all-rounder. It has a standard 120 Hz refresh rate Super AMOLED display, which is great for gaming and watching movies. No stereo speakers but you get a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The gaming experience is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, which is a worthy upgrade over 768G and is on par with MediaTek’s Dimension 1200. Camera performance is good during the day but low light performance is only saved in night mode. Battery life is very good for a thin mid-range smartphone and it charges very quickly, going from zero to one hundred percent in about 35 minutes.

OnePlus North2

OnePlus Nord 2 5G is the successor to OnePlus Nord. It features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with full HD + resolution and a 90Hz upgrade rate. It packs in a 4,500mAh battery and supports 65W warp charging. The Nord 2 MediaTek Dimension 1200 is powered by an AI processor and is available in 6GB, 8GB and 12GB RAM options. Like other OnePlus smartphones, Nord 2 runs on OxygenOS and this version runs on Android 11 and above.

The camera performance of the Nord 2 is good for the price. Daytime photos are sharp but the views of the ultra-wide angle camera are not excellent. Nord 2 manages close-up and portrait shots well. Low light camera performance is good, especially in Nightscape mode. Overall, the OnePlus Nord 2 is a good choice for someone on a budget.

Pogo F3GT

The Pogo F3GT is designed around gaming and focuses on delivering performance. This new model features a premium body and metal frame and glass back. On the side there are “Maglev” trigger buttons that can be engaged by sliders. A large 6.67-inch AMOLED display is available with a 120 Hz upgrade rate. It has support for HDR10 + and can reach 480Hz touch aspect ratio while in cam turbo mode. Dimension 1200 SoC has been selected to power the Pogo F3GT, and you can get it with 6GB or 8GB of RAM.

The Pogo F3GT features a three-camera system with a 64-megapixel main, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The smartphone provided average photo quality in daylight and low light. On the other hand, the Poco F3 GT offers the best gaming experience for the price.

The Mi 11X is priced at Rs. Starts within. 30,000, and this is a very powerful smartphone, thanks to the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. The MI11X looks refreshingly casual, without the elaborate richness and we like the fact that unlike some of its competitors there is no top branding. General and gaming performance is excellent, and the content on the 120Hz AMOLED display is great. Small touches like fast charging, IP rating and stereo speakers add to the overall pleasant experience.

Of course, MIUI is MIUI, a lot of spam notifications. We noticed that the Mi 11X was unusually hot while charging and the overall camera quality was average, although its telemacro camera was capable of delivering some shocking shots. In the end, the Mi 11X is not the best all-rounder, but it is definitely a strong competitor, especially if you are after a powerful gaming SoC on a budget.

Realme X7 Max 5G

The new Realmy X7 Max 5G replaces the Realmy X7 Pro 5G, which was the spiritual heir of the Realmy X2 Pro. Although it has not been long since the X7 Pro 5G was introduced, Realmy has already come up with a powerful model with some advanced features, even at a low starting price. The Realme X7 Max 5G can be considered a “primary killer” and thanks to its MediaTek Dimension 1200 SoC, 5G support, stereo speakers, better battery life and faster charging. It has cameras suitable for daytime shooting.

Realme has made the design of the back very sophisticated, but the finish doesn’t make it feel like a premium phone. It also features a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is not its predecessor. Cameras do not work well in low light, and the macro camera is not very effective. If you can see these shortcomings, Realme X7 Max 5G offers good value for the price.

Samsung Galaxy A52

The Samsung Galaxy A52 differs from the older design of the older A-Series models in something completely different. It looks young, bold, and fashionable. It also offers great features like IP67 rating, stereo speakers and 90Hz AMOLED display – hard to come by in this category. We found that the overall performance was solid despite using the low-end Snapdragon 720G SoC.

The Samsung Galaxy A52 is shipped with the latest One UI skin based on Android 11. The cameras, when sold during the day, fall slightly lower in low light. Apart from these issues, the Galaxy A52 is still a solid offer because you support a good number of features and the Samsung brand.

Vivo V20 Pro

The Vivo V20 Pro continues to be a good choice at Rs. 30,000. With a slim and lightweight design similar to the V20, the Vivo V20 Pro features the more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC, which supports 5G. The AMOLED display is clear and offers good brightness and color. It also supports HDR10 playback.

Battery life is impressive and has a 33W fast charging, so you can recharge the 4,000mAh battery very quickly. The 44 megapixel selfie camera features eye autofocus and can even shoot 4K 60fps video. There is also an ultra-wide front camera for group selfies. Aside from shooting videos at night, the rear cameras are also not disappointing, which is great.

Realme X3 SuperZoom

The RealMe X3 Superzoom is a bit older, but it is also one of the only phones in the segment to offer a periscope-style telephoto camera, which is unique. Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC is more than capable of handling anything thrown in its way. It has a sharp display, a large battery and a quick fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button.

The Realmy X3 Superzoom can do 5x optical zoom and a total of 60x digital zoom, which is priced at Rs. 30,000. The rest of the cameras work well in good light. Realmy has also added a lot of night shooting modes for playing, which will add great value to night photographers.
