The DNA of all people in India has been the same for 40,000 years: RSS leader

According to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, the DNA of all Indians is the same.

Dharamsala (Himachal Pradesh):

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday said the union had no control over the BJP-led government in the Center.

“They have different executives, different policies, different working methods. Thoughts and culture belong to the union, which is useful. Key people work there (in government), they belong to the union, and so on. There is no such thing as a ‘direct remote control’ of the relationship and the media. No, there is no such restriction, “he stressed.

Bhagwat was addressing a function of ex-servicemen in Dharamsala.

He offered a minute’s silence in mourning and condolences for the death of Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Pipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 12 Armed Forces personnel killed in a helicopter crash in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.

About a thousand ex-servicemen attended the event in Dharamsala on Saturday evening. The RSS leader urged them to know more about the union.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Bhagwat said, “Governments have been against us. There has always been opposition. The association has been operating for 96 years, overcoming all obstacles and preparing a large number of volunteers. Tasks, they not only run the parliament, but also take the people of the community with them, proving that they are independent and autonomous.

The RSS leader stressed that the union was constantly working for the community without any publicity, economic power or government assistance.

Mohan Bhagwat said on Saturday that the DNA of all Indians is the same.

“The DNA of all the people of India 40,000 years ago and the DNA of the people of today are one and the same. The ancestry of all of us is one and the same.
